This is my Healing Doll his name is Sel:

He has been charged with healing energy along with love and light. He has been attuned to reiki and other forms of energy healing and he also has crystals in his make up (well in his stuffing). This means that he can send healing energy on hIs own without any interaction from me.

I would give him the persons name on a piece of paper and pop it in one of his pockets and leave him to it.

Every now and then I will give him a blast of energy though.
